To-Do Tuesday #41 & Monday Musing

Two of our friends host a weekly linky party. Brenda at Songbird Designs has a Monday linky party called Monday Musings. Our friend Carol at Quilt Schmidt hosts To-Do Tuesday with a separate linky party. We will share our weekly updates on both of their websites.

Walk Challenge Update:

My goal is 10,500 steps a day, and *20-30 minutes of yoga. How did I do last week?

  • 3/4 = 13,331*
  • 3/5 = 12,016*
  • 3/6 = 10,963*
  • 3/7 = 12,291*
  • 3/8 = 11,151*
  • 3/8 = 12,859*

This Week!:

We will be a participant for the first time in the 2024 Villa Rosa Designs blog hop on Friday, March 15th. Starting on March 14 and running through 21, the hop is called Fast & More Fun Blog Hop. VRD has all of its designs on a postcard and they cost only $2 each. Five new designs are being released just for the hop. There will be prizes and giveaways so look for all the details on Friday for your chance to win. The more blogs you visit the greater your chances are to win!

To-Do for last week:

  1. Sew the cottages together
  2. Resume the HRT baby quilt
  3. Two limit list for a stress-free week

To-Do #1 and #2

Not much sewing happened this week. The full-size runner of cottages remains the same . . .

while the shorter runner, featuring a navy night sky, has the cottages sewn together. Both pieces are awaiting their Friendship Star blocks in the sky.

What To-Do Next Week?

  1. Finish up one or both Cottage runners
  2. Possibly sew the HRTs rows together
  3. Only two – no stress

Way to keep up on those steps, and yoga too! Good for you! Methinks maybe you’ve been busy working on that blog hop post? (It’s a lot to get on there, isn’t it!?). The runners are looking cute!

Hopefully the lack of progress means you were having fun with something else. Maybe the quilt for the Villa Rosa Blog Hop. Can’t wait to see what those will look like.
