Second Sew Along – Another Update
Our second sew along started back on July 1st. This was a no stress, no deadline, no prize sew along, just for fun. A vote back in early June, 2018 determined there was no clear winner as there was a tie! Sew, all three patterns were the choices for this sew along.

Jan on Instagram made this wonderful quilt and just sent me some pictures reflecting her finish and the quilting. I am happy to share these with you – enjoy!
I was amazed at how much snow Jan had when taking these photos.
She had someone who loves her do a spectacular job holding the quilt up, and I love the quilting pattern she chose. Choosing snow as a backdrop also makes the blue fabrics shine, don’t you think? Thank you for sharing an update with me, Jan!
#3 – Triangles Quilt
This just in – on Monday! Cherie finished her quilt top using the Triangle Quilt free pattern. I just LOVE the batiks that Cherie selected. And if you check out the link to her website, you’ll also see a matching orchid in bloom. It’s almost like she planned it like that. Cherie will be quilting her top shortly. The picture on the left is from the last update, and on the right is her quilt top.

Hello Roseanne, Jan chose some beautiful fabrics to make her quilt and it did turn out lovely. Cherie has done a magnificent job with what I would call a difficult quilt pattern.
