Love #1

Big Bang Batmobile!  Did you see Big Bang on Thursday night?  If not, Penny rented the Batmobile for Leonard.  He drove away in it, then backed up and said get in Robin.  Wow!  Who even knew you could rent the Batmobile?!!  I want to rent and drive it for a day – that would be way too cool.  Here is my sidekick Robin, although I know she would prefer to be Batgirl.

Christmas tree commercials!  I know it’s early – it’s not even Halloween yet.  But I’ve been seeing a commercial for a balsam Christmas tree, and a family decorating it with a festive tune playing.  It does make me want to put the tree up, or at the very least consider how to rearrange the furniture to make room for the tree.  Should the train set go up this year around the village or should we skip it?

Love #3

Hallmark Channel movies!  Speaking of Christmas, that leads right into all the holiday movies the Hallmark Channel starts running soon.  Are you a fan?  I have to say that we missed the hoop-and-la in July but I’ve seen the commercials about some new movies this year.  Are you thinking we watch too much TV?!  That may very well be true.  Anyhoo – I suspect we will be giving all the Hallmark movies a go this season.  Will you be joining us?  I just love looking at the village lights!

Love #4

Dominic had another busy week, with one day spent at the window calling to Dada who was cutting the grass.  Why or why couldn’t he help?  That was so much work that he fell asleep watching Elmo!  It is nice to see that the boy does sleep now and then.  With all the rain we’ve been having it seems he is a big fan of his new raincoat.  It keeps all those raindrops off of his head.  Up next was a morning with his buddy Zeus, followed by Elmo and Papa Berenstain in a box and Grandma Janice playing with him.  It’s a good week to be Dominic.  ♥ ♥

That’s it for this week!  We hope your week is filled with many blessings.  Happy Thursday!  See you next week with more loves.  Our Linky Parties can be found by clicking the link for more quilting fun or in the sidebar of our website – check out what our friends are up to.  Like/follow us on our Facebook page and share your likes/loves there!  We love to see them.  ~smile~

Such fun all through the post. I don’t watch TV at all, so you are only averaging me, and still good. LOL If I did, I’d watch the Hallmark movies, you betcha. As for the train … is Dominic coming over a lot? Will it be in his reach? I want to say you must have the train, even without the village, but then little fingers would find it so attractive. I’m a train lover, from chasing the full size steam engines to playing with the tiniest models. =) Rent the Batmobile? Really? Woohoo! I’m in!

Love your Batman Microwave bowl cozy. I agree Batgirl was much more cooler than Robin. Oh my I am gone for a couple of months and Domnick is almost ready for college. He has sure grown a lot

  3. Dominic is a cutie! Driving the Batmobile. What a fun thought!

  4. What a happy looking Robin and I have become more of a fan since having the older grandson and now the little one loving everything Batman. We don’t have cable so I don’t think I can watch those Hallmark movies…would any be on Youtube I wonder. I love Christmas movies too even the silly ones. And yes, every little thing about looking forward to Christmas is so sentimental to me too. And Dominic is growing and learning about his world and that marvelous family surrounding him!

I’m a big Hallmark fan. Now I like the mysteries channel shows too. I love the new movie a night gig and lately they finally have been doing fall movies. Can’t wait for goodwitch to come back. My husband found a balsam hill tree but it was about800 bucks. We’re not in that category. With Dom there I think you need the train

I love Christmas trees, and one of our traditions is to go up in the forest and cut one over Thanksgiving at my parents’ place. We are spending Thanksgiving somewhere else this year so I’m thinking of doing something different for the tree this year, though I’m not sure what!!

  7. I’m not quite ready for Christmas yet, because I love fall! (Although it’s actually been snowing here in Colorado, lol!) But those Hallmark movies are pretty fun. Of course, Dominic wants to help Dad out in the yard – everyone needs a sidekick! (Just like Batman and Robin, right?:)

  8. Judy Domke says:

I thought of you when I saw the Batmobile on BBT! Isn’t that funny! I refuse to watch Christmas movies until after Thanksgiving LOL. And Darling Dominic…Heart melter!

I love Hallmark movies! Have watched a few here and there lately. I tend to forget their names as soon as I am done though, so don’t ask which ones, LOL.

  10. Well, if you’re watching Hallmark movies and you watch “Love Always, Santa” that was filmed here in my hometown. Some of my friends are the extras, and a few of the scenes take place in one of my favorite coffee shops. (I actually haven’t seen it.)

That Dominic is sure one cute little guy! The sleeping photo is so dang precious…you made my day!
