I Love Thursday #255 Blessings Galore

This is the 255th post of things we love for the week. We post each Thursday along with LeeAnna from Not Afraid of Color. Several additional friends also share on a weekly basis – be sure to check them out as you will surely find something to inspire you. “From the fullness of His grace, we have all received one blessing after another.” John 1:16

Give love quilts! Did you know that Missouri Star Quilt Company has a wonderful website that has many different links? Links to many different charities that are delighted to take any and all love quilts or supplies that you might want to donate. They also have, at the bottom of the page, a link to a free pattern for the Crazy Heart Pillow pictured below. I thought you might like to check it out. They have the charities sorted by different focus groups like babies, Veterans, etc.

HAHA! This just made me laugh right out loud so you know I had to share it. Everyone can use a good chuckle every now and then. My friend, Ken, shared it on FB – I’m still giggling just thinking about it!

Love #3

Our littles . . . increased by one new small baby on Monday morning! Let me introduce Maverick Daniel born at 4:24 a.m. on October 23, 2023. His brother, Colt, is very happy to be a big brother. Dominic, his cousin, could hardly wait to meet him! All are home and doing well.

Auntie Sue and I were thrilled to meet him Monday afternoon. He is solid and I love having a birthday month buddy. Happy Thursday, my friends.

  1. Colt isn’t the littlest little anymore! Wow, Maverick looks exactly like an Ann Geddes baby – I could totally see him nestled inside a peapod!

  2. Congratulations on the new family member, Roseanne! He looks like a sweetie, and Colt is looking so grown-up, too. Thanks for making me giggle this morning with your funny ship meme. I’m sorry I missed your post last week – not sure what I was doing!

How wonderful to welcome Maverick into the family. Congrats to all! The container ship of container ships is quite something! I worry about cruise ships toppling and this I would worry about sinking!
