I Love Thursday #174 Beaucoup Benedictions
This is the 174th post of things we love for the week. We post each week along with LeeAnna from Not Afraid of Color and several additional friends also share on a weekly basis β be sure to check them out. You will surely find something to inspire you.

Love #1
Tulips, tulips, tulips! Isn’t this just an amazing photo of the millions of tulips in Holland? Gosh, the magnitude of just how many tulips there are pictured just boggles my mind. And that patchwork layout at the very bottom of the photo is so cool. I would love to experience it in person someday.

Love #2
This poor puppy is afraid of these little itty bitty kitties. Can’t you just hear the sweet mewing that is going on because these kitties can’t figure out what’s going on. Those baby fur balls just want to play!

Love #3
We’ve finished our second jigsaw puzzle and have moved on to a third one. It is really relaxing to work on for a few minutes each day, although sewing has definitely taken a hit since we started this new activity. My sewing mojo has been non-existent but I’m going to have to find it and strap it on because we have some deadlines to wrap up!
Love #4
Sweet Colty took a shine to baby Chase and Chase was quite happy about it. The one-finger-touch was cut short with a “don’t touch” and Colt was caught red-handed. After being startled, Colt just went about the one-finger-touch from the other side. Later in the week, Colt and Addison read a Sesame Street book together. It was a book that played songs when you press a button and both of them like to dance!
Contrary to what Andrea tells us, here is a sweet picture of Addison and Dominic playing nicely together. Rumor has it that it lasted 15 minutes. The new way to go down a slide is displayed by two sweet goofballs. Finally, one more picture of the two oldest littles getting along and playing with a new toy together. Addison read the instructions from cover to cover to make sure they were following the rules. ~smile~ Baby Chase is two months old already and is the longest baby of the bunch at 24.75″. Finally, a particularly good episode of Blaze halted a tea party and caused all three to pause the busyness for a moment.

You know I LOVE your Thursday posts but that butt shot made me LOL and I am sure I will be giggling all day! Thanks for the fun.
The tulips are stunning. I had a college professor whose family had a tulip farm and we planted some on the college grounds and watched for the new varieties each spring. It was always a hoot, but not as much of a hoot as the dog frightened by the kittens! The littles are adorable.
Ooh. Great likes. I love tulips. We don’t have many in this yard – I may have to plant some this fall. Puzzles, pups, kitties and kids. Your post brought a smile to my face. π
Hi,
The BIG dog and little kitties gave a chuckle!! All your littles are really cuties.
Your puzzles are awesome. Thanks for stopping by my place. Have a great day!
I really love to do jigsaws too, but haven’t done one for ages. I find them so relaxing. Quillting is like jigsaws, putting all those bits together!!
Thanks Roseanne!
Oh my, Addy’s hair!!! Love it, and all the littles.
Tulips. Such dramatic color for a short time. I think the squirrels like them too. Poor puppy, so misunderstood. Them lil furballs are ganging up on her. Those littles are adorable. Thank you for sharing. Your mojo will be back soon. Enjoy the pause. When “that fabric won’t sew itself” sets in, you’ll be finishing lots of projects..
Love that tulip picture! The littles are growing up, aren’t they?
Hi Roseanne. The tulips are a real sight to see, both in photos and real life. Itβs one of my favourite memories as a child travelling in Holland. The littles are growing so much and seeing Colt with Chase is just the cutest! Love the one finger touch. I was bit by the jigsaw bug, too! π
Yay! My latest attempt to ‘follow’ via this comment box ‘took’! Got this in my email inbox…FYI!
Have those patchwork tulips teased you into any design ideas for a new quilt??!!!
π
The tulip picture is amazing!!!
Enjoyed the pics of the littles … although they are getting bigger!
Cracking up at Colt and Chase and the one finger touch!!! π I love your pics and the tulips are indeed lovely and that photo of the dog and cat was hilarious! Have a safe and happy weekend!
Those little ones grow so fast! I remember when Dominic was a baby – must have been when we first started these Thursday posts. I love tulips – that photo from Holland is pretty amazing! Happy Thursday, Roseanne!
Such a wonderfully full post. Love those tulips. That would be a wonderful sight to visit in the spring. Maybe one kitten wouldn’t have been bad…but FOUR!! Those are pretty puzzles and putting them together is great for the brain. And last, but best, those 4 littles. Poor Colt is an only child and really just wants in on the fun a little bit. I love the way Addison’s hair flop in front of her face but doesn’t stop her for a second. But wait, something on TV can really transfix them in a heartbeat (and maybe for only that long, too). Have a great week and thanks for sharing with us.
Oh the tulips are gorgeous. Reminds me of the Dahlia farm in Oregon where I would go in the late summer, early fall. LOL the dog with the kitties, my grandson’s girls are getting spayed, and he is so cute trying to give them their antibiotics, our kittens are now 1 year old since they were born on 4/20. Yeah I am kind of been not using my time well either. Love the puzzles. LOL Colt he must have been watching Tik Tok and the boop the floof. LOL They are all so adorable. Addison and Dominick are experiencing the normal sibling rivalry, it is so trying at times on everyone at times.
So fun to see the littles; they are all growing so fast! I’m sure you’ll find your mojo soon, so no worries. I would love to see those tulips too – what a gorgeous photo! We had a woofie come up to our patio door one day, and boy, did that put Wilbs on high alert! He wasn’t so sure about that big ol’ thing wagging his tail at him.
Awww, those littles are so darn cute!! I can’t believe the baby is two months already!! Wow! My mom and I used to work puzzles together. It is really a fun past time when you need to be doing other things! hint hint π And, wow, those tulips are gorgeous. Unfortunately they just don’t last very long. I love the picture of the pup and kittens – so sweet!
How nice to see those sweet kiddies again! Smiling here in Ontario seeing what they’ve been up to and how they are growing!
Yes, aren’t those tulips something.
So cute!!! I love all the pics…feels like the week has been rejuvenated over here…thank you! Those little ones are so dang adorable!! Man do Dominic and Addison share features, no mistaking those two as sibs… And the tulip picture is incredible, can’t even imagine what that must be like up close…thanks for waking me up this morning and making my week!
So fun to catch up on the littles growth and cuteness!
