Happy Labor Day, Family and Friends

Happy Labor Day to all of our friends and family!

Happy Labor Day

How are you spending your Labor Day? We will be doing a little sleeping in today (maybe until 6 am instead of 4:30 am!) and then a little sewing.  We’re still working on Operation Clear the Chair – I have some quilting to do to clear it off completely.

Join us each Tuesday for our hosted linky party called To-Do Tuesday.  Our other Linky Parties can be found by clicking the link above or along the sidebar on our website for more quilting fun – check out what our friends are up to.  Like/follow us on our Facebook page and you can share your photos of what you’re working on.  We would love to see them!

We spent part of our Labor Day “in the dark” due a power outage. Quite the wind storm yesterday, with some small hail, too! Not exactly what you would normally envision for this holiday. But we made the best of it. Enjoy the rest of your week!

  2. Happy Labor Day to you and Sue. Hope yours was great. We had a power outage from 6:30 am til almost 6:00 pm. I had to organize things for a class at my Guild tomorrow and then spend my time reading and went for a walk. Perfection in my mind 😉

  3. Happy Labor Day to you! I already completed some sewing – a walk, blogging, cooking and maybe a little more sewing will round out the day!

Happy Labor Day to you. Hope you have a wonderful and relaxing day. 4:30 AM is just too darn early to get up! Now 5 I could do. Happy sewing.

  5. Enjoy your day, ladies! I, too, plan on a little stitching to finish up my It’s a Garden Party Row Along project and add a little sparkle to it! LOL Then get started on my Hello Fall project! And of course, lunch with my little loves and big loves!

  6. Happy Labor Day to you two too! Hope you enjoy a fun day of relaxing and quilting!
